Matt is ecstatic because his idol, Mr. Farnsworth, is going to be the judge this year, and the winner gets to personally work with him! When his mother takes him, they meet up with Penny, Matt's friend, and all the contestants present their inventions to the judges. But it seems like Mr. Farnsworth liked Max's dog a little too much... because both of them disappeared! Not Matt, his mother, and Penny have to track Mr. Farnsworth down and get Matt's dog back!
